GMC (Georgia Military College) offers families the option to add the following annual fees to their monthly Blackbaud Tuition bill:

Annual Meal Plan 

Enrollment Period: SY25-26 Enrollment in Blackbaud Tuition Annual Meal Plans ends April 15, 2025.

SY25-26 Meal Plan Enrollment is simple: 

  • All families currently enrolled in the annual meal plan have been automatically enrolled in the SY25-26 annual meal plan.
  • Select the Prepaid Option or Blackbaud Tuition Monthly Payment option.
  • Answer the questions prompted by the Meal Plan link.
  • Prepay the annual meal plan fee or pay $5 to set up monthly payments. The $5 enrollment fee will be credited to your first monthly meal plan installment.

After School Program 

The after-school program is offered to all elementary students in grades K-5. The program runs until 5:30pm on all full days of school and is staffed by GMC Prep School faculty and staff. In grades 2-5, the students have dedicated homework time. After that, it is fun time - this varies from playing outside, to watching a movie, playing games, or doing a special activity. In Kindergarten and 1st grade, the students participate in activities including playing outside, watching a movie, STEM bins, free drawing, special activities and more. 

After School program fees are added to your family’s Blackbaud Tuition account. 

  • Annual Rate $1,200/ year (August 2024 thru May 2025) 
  • Drop-In Rate $9.00 per day

Jones County Bus Service 

GMC Prep School currently offers a one-way bus transportation to students who live in the Jones County Area. Bus transportation is not provided after school, so students are responsible for transportation home.

Refund Policy on all Annual Payment Plans 

  • 100% Refundable before the first day of school 
  • 75% Refundable before the second nine-week period begins 
  • 50% Refundable before the third nine–week period begins 
  • 25% Refundable before the fourth nine-week period begins
